Company reported Total Revenue of Rs. 7,062 Crs. in FY18 (as compared to Rs. 5,714.54 Crs. in FY17). PBT stood at Rs. 1,465 Crs. (Rs. 1,059 Crs). PAT of Rs. 952 Crs. (699 Crs). EPS for the year stood at Rs. 12.18 (Rs. 9.64). Book Value reported at Rs. 79.22 (Rs. 31.70). Capital Adequacy stood at healthy 17.94% which is well above the minimum regulatory norms for non deposit accepting NBFCs. Loan Disbursements were Rs. 25,341 Crs (Rs. 19171 Crs). AUM of the company increased to Rs. 44,469 Crs. (Rs. 34,277 Crs)

The markets will continue to grow and mature, leading to differentiation of products and services. Each financial intermediary will have to find its niche in order to add value to consumers. HDB Financials is cautiously optimistic in its outlook and with niche products in asset classes would continue to enable them to expand their market share. A good bet for long term investors.
